The Role

As an intern, you will support knowledge management, content writing, and other assigned tasks. With the guidance of the Oxfam team, you’ll develop skills that can pave the way for a successful career in international development or business support.


What Oxfam Is Looking For

Oxfam seeks candidates who are not only committed to its mission but also possess:

Educational Background

  • High school education with a focus on data management.
  • Final-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database management.
  • Familiarity with cloud data storage platforms like Box.
  • Experience in archiving and knowledge management systems (advantageous).

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other Considerations

  • Understanding of data protection and ethical considerations in knowledge sharing.
