Tasks

As a Business Architecture Analyst, you will be involved in critical phases of client transformation projects. Your key tasks will include:

• Identifying Opportunities: Assessing clients’ current state by gathering, synthesizing, visualizing, and analyzing information through research, interviews, workshops, and analytic tools to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Defining Client Needs: Identifying and meticulously documenting business requirements to ensure mutual understanding and agreement on necessary changes and new opportunities.
• Designing the Future: Collaborating with clients to design new business processes, define technology requirements, and develop comprehensive plans for implementing these changes across processes, technology, and people.
• Guiding Clients: Defining the evolution path for clients to adapt to new stages, assessing the impact of changes, and outlining steps to help leaders, employees, and customers quickly adjust to new ways of working.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

Applicants must have a completed degree or be currently completing an aligned degree in a relevant field.
