The selected intern will support the Head of Sales & Workplace Banking and work alongside Relationship Managers to manage customer portfolios, process account applications, and drive retention strategies.

Tasks
Intern responsibilities will include:
- Handling and processing customer account openings and maintenance requests
- Verifying KYC documents for compliance
- Archiving customer records and tracking application progress
- Supporting customer lifecycle management by promoting products and services
- Following up with customers on account reactivation and retention
- Coordinating vendor management (stationery, asset servicing, etc.)
- Supporting business operations and cross-functional collaborations
- Managing risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Higher Certificate or Advanced National Certificate in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (required)
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance or financial services (advantageous)
Experience
- Experience in or understanding of the financial services sector
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Good numeracy and analytical abilities
- Computer literacy and basic technical skills
