Background & Internship Description
The CIPC Graduate Internships Programme (a member of the dtic) is designed to equip young graduates with essential workplace skills while complementing their academic knowledge. The internship runs for 24 months and offers placements in multiple departments at the Sunnyside Office, Pretoria.
The programme supports the South African government’s youth skills development agenda by fostering hands-on experience in professional environments, preparing interns for future career opportunities.

- Strategy Operational Excellence Interns: Support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Project Management Interns: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

- Call Centre Office Administrator Intern: Support administrative operations in the call centre.
- Call Centre Quality Assurer Intern: Ensure service quality and compliance within call centre operations.
- Call Centre Agent Interns (x2): Engage directly with clients and provide efficient customer support.
- Facilities and Security Intern: Assist with workplace safety, security, and facilities management.
- Safety, Health, and Environmental Intern: Support initiatives for workplace safety and environmental compliance.
