Qualifications for Research Assistant Jobs
Education and Certification
- Entry-Level: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Advanced: A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for all positions, depending on the role.
Experience
- Research Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or project support in international development or related fields.
